Under the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) we control and / or process any personal information about you electronically using the following lawful bases.

Lawful consent

The reason we use this basis: to provide you with the most appropriate information when you visit the site, and to help us analyse its effectiveness for the OxAir project.

We process your information in the following ways: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors to the site use it. When you submit your email through our form, it is emailed to the company directly and will only be used to notify you when you are able to participate in our pilot.

Data retention period: We will continue to process your information under this basis until you withdraw consent or it is determined your consent no longer exists.

Sharing your information: We will never share your information with third parties.

If, as determined by us, the lawful basis upon which we process your personal information changes, we will notify you about the change and any new lawful basis to be used if required. We shall stop processing your personal information if the lawful basis used is no longer relevant.

We will not use your email for any marketing purposes, other than to inform you about opportunities to participate in our pilot. If you no longer wish to be informed about our pilot, please write to us to at info@oxair.org and we will remove you from our list.
